Personal and Career Branding
‘Recently we engaged SAF to facilitate and raise awareness of dress, behaviour, casual Fridays, working online or offline and how each of these impact on personal identity at work. By learning the concepts and strategies of personal branding and the importance of this in the workplace highlighted the need for people to take more responsibility, reflect on who they are and what they wish to project.
The second session built on the strategies of the first session by taking personal branding to the next level. The key focus being career strategies such as ensuring profiles in social media and resumes reflect clearly identity and brand people wish to portray for career success.
The feedback from staff rated the content topic and facilitation highly beneficial and timely reminder with the rise of social media. Subsequently as a result of the feedback further development programs will be introduced to our staff later this year.’
